Reviews in The Wire
Olof Bright´s new releases, Sven-Åke Johansson, MND, Berlin Symphonie, Per Svensson, Sonogram and Christine Sehnaoui Solo have have received great reviews so far. All three records have been appointed to this week´s best issues in the biggest daily newspaper in Sweden, Dagens Nyheter. And in the July issue of The Wire there will be reviews of Sven-Åke Johansson, OBCD 14/15, and Per Svensson, OBCD 18. Look out for that. In the meantime our Lebanese friends have had great concerts in Berlin on the famous stages of Ausland and Sophien Saele. Our recordings from Ystad September 2006 with Christine Sehnaoui, Sharif Sehnaoui, Mazen Kerbaj, Raed Yassin, Charbel Haber, Jassem Hindi together with Annette Krebs, Mats Gustafsson, Jakob Riis, Sven-Åke Johansson, Per Svensson, Amit Sen and others in different combinations will appear in July. Mazen Kerbaj has made a really cool art work for this double CD with a booklet stuffed with pix. This will be one of the first real introductions on CD to the cooking Lebanese impro scene!
